1 一家美国客户订了中国南方工厂的一批5.5吋转盘轴承，安装使用后效果不好，找到我们分析解决问题；
2我们和客户沟通交流轴承的应用情况，轴承是安装在一个立柱下端，带动立柱旋转。立柱有1.5米多高，上端是视频拍摄镜头。出问题的状况是视频镜头晃动大，影响拍摄效果；
3 通过客户的简图，我们进行了轴承承载和受力变形分析计算，最早的轴承设计不能满足应用的要求，轴承内部间隙大，受到偏载时，轴承圈倾斜角度大，导致轴承旋转不平稳。
4 我们根据以上分析，为客户重新设计了轴承图和计算结果，客户认为合理可以解决问题。于是向我们订货一批产品。我们完成产品样品后，做了一个模拟测试台检测，摆动小于客户要求。客户很满意，批量产品顺利交货。
